Vibeora International Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Vibeora International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns

You may return a product to Vibeora International within 6 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original, unused condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Include all original packaging materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying papers.

Please note: We will not be able to process a refund or exchange if the product shows signs of damage, has been opened, or is not in its original, resaleable condition upon inspection.

Refunds

Once your returned product is successfully received and inspected by Vibeora International, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be processed to your original source account or chosen method of refund within 6 to 10 working days. You can expect the credited amount to appear in your account within 10 working days after your return has been approved.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please choose one of the following cancellation options:

Option 1: 24-Hour Window

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this 24-hour window has passed and the order has begun processing, we will not be able to entertain cancellation requests. However, you will still have the option to return the product once you receive it, according to our return policy.

OR

Option 2: Before Shipment

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped/dispatched. Once the product(s) have been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In such cases, you will still have the option to return the product once you receive it, according to our return policy.
